I love this creamy pumpkin alfredo-like sauce so much, especially that it is low-carb. I make it at least once a year and freeze some to enjoy later. To keep the pizza low-carb, I use flatbread or low-carb tortillas. I usually top it with chicken sausage or shrimp for extra protein.
