Zero-Stress Weekend Dinners!


Hello Reader,

Weekends should be for relaxing, not hovering over the stove! These are my favorite dinners to make when I want something spectacular on the table with almost zero effort.

They are all high-protein and low-carb!

Slow Cooker French Dip

Toss beef and onion in the crock-pot in the morning, and by dinner, you have fork-tender beef!

Bourbon Salmon

A make-ahead favorite straight from our meal assembly store. Marinate it overnight and bake or grill. It rivals anything you'd order at a restaurant.

Baked Pesto Chicken

Three toppings, one pan, 30 minutes. Spread pesto over chicken, layer on fresh tomato slices, pile on mozzarella, and bake!

Watching The Master's this weekend? Pimento and Southern seafood-forward dishes are popular. Crab balls would make a fantastic appetizer!
