Celebrate Labor Day With These Summer Favorites

Labor Day may be the unofficial end of summer, but I'm not quite ready to let go of all those fresh summer flavors!

So, before we turn our attention to cozy fall favorites, I'm celebrating with a few recipes that make the most of summer.

Juicy watermelon, salty feta and fresh basil make this sweet-and-savory salad taste like summer in every bite.

Peach Crisp

Juicy peaches with a crispy oat and almond flour topping. And yes, you can make it with frozen peaches!

Mexican Street Corn Cups

Fresh corn tossed with creamy, cheesy, tangy goodness. All the flavors of Mexican street corn, conveniently served in a cup.
