(New) Chicken Marinara Meal Prep Bowls

Hello Reader,

I almost hesitate to call this a recipe.

It's more of a formula for one of the easiest complete meals I keep in my freezer for quick lunches, and it takes just 10 minutes to assemble 4 of them.

It's a copycat of the Healthy Choice Chicken Marinara Protein Bowl with:

Cooked chicken + cauliflower rice + broccoli + spinach + peppers + marinara + cheese.

That's it. It has lots of protein, very few carbs, lots of veggies, and lots of flavor. And it's easy to customize.

Here's the interesting part. You don't need to cook the frozen vegetables first. Or even thaw them!

Just portion the ingredients straight from the freezer bags into the containers, add cooked chicken, marinara, and Parmesan, and pop the whole thing back into the freezer.

This is exactly the kind of meal I love having on hand when busy schedules start picking up again.

I hope you try it! Thanks for sharing, pinning, and commenting. It means so much to the blog's success.

Wishing you health and cheer,

Marjory

Crock-pot beef bottom round roast with onions in a white serving platter.

Hello Reader, If you want tender roast beef that you can slice instead of shred, try cooking a bottom round roast in the crock-pot. It takes just about 15 minutes to prep, then I cook it low and slow over a bed of onions until tender. Those onions get wonderfully soft and flavorful, and the cooking juices are definitely worth saving!
